All computers deployed and managed by GW IT come with standard applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, IE, Firefox and Chrome. Contact GW IT if you need a specific engineering application to be installed or to install supported applications on university-owned computers. Network licensed applications must be able to communicate with the correct license server to run.
These software licenses enable faculty and students to share concurrent licenses for various applications.
The iOS Developer University Program will enable students enrolled in mobile application development classes access to a suite of sophisticated and elegant tools included in the iOS SDK, and a wide-range of resources in the iOS Dev Center.
