I am currently on a temporary rotation as a Program Director at the National Science Foundation.
I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University in 2006 under the advisorship of Dr. Wei Zhao and Dr. Jianer Chen, and my B.S. in Computer Science from Peking University, China, in 2001. Before joining GW in 2008, I was an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington from 2006 to 2008.
My research interests focus on data analytics, databases and information privacy / security.
