Graded Work:
Recall this discussion in the SEAS1/CSci 41 page:
The first and second half will be graded separately, then the two halves
combined for a final grade. The first half work includes:

three reports, each worth 15%, 45% total

four lab exercises, each worth 5%, 20% total

one exam (Oct. 20), 25%

lecture, retreat, and Metro trip attendance, 10%
Second half details will depend upon the secondhalf lecturer. For SEAS
1 students, the halves are combined equally. For CSci 41 students, it will
be 33% first half, 67% second half.
SecondHalf Information:
Your secondhalf grades will be computed from your lab grades (45%),
your final exam (45%), and your class attendance (10%).

You receive full credit for a lab if you show up and do productive work
there.

The final exam will be openbook and cover the reading material, the labs,
and the class discussions.

The final exam will take place Wednesday, Dec. 20, 11:00 AM, in the usual
lecture room. It will last at most two hours; you will receive more guidance
in class.
