Find your home away from home in the small and supportive SEAS community.
Student Mentor Program
SEAS student mentors help incoming first year students integrate into the SEAS community and plan engaging programs throughout the year.
Academic Support Resources
SEAS is a strong, caring community. We show this in many ways, including through the many academic support resources we offer our students.

Women in Engineering
The SEAS Center for Women in Engineering (WiE) provides programming to help insure that women reach their fullest potential as engineers.
Both GW and SEAS have Career Services Offices with staff who are dedicated to helping students prepare for internships and their careers.
SEAS encourages undergraduate students to participate in research with our faculty. Research experience complements the knowledge you gain in classes.
