Advising Hours & Appointments

Utilizing Your Professional Advisor

SEAS Professional Advisors are available via email, during express advising, and by individual appointment. In addition, throughout the semester, your Professional Advisor may also host group advising session and/or topical workshop. For the remainder of the Spring 2020 term, all advising services will be available remotely and all advising will be conducted by appointment only.

Your Professional Advisor is available to answer emails Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST. The best place to email is [email protected] although you are welcome to contact your Professional Advisor via their individual work email as well.

Email is good for quick questions but for more complex questions or concerns, you can arrange to meet with your Professional Advisor using both Express Advising Hours or Individual Appointments.

Express Advising Hours

Express Advising is open to all students for quick questions and is limited to approximately 10-minutes (see below for express advising hours). During the operational continuity period, all express advising will be offered remotely and must be scheduled in advance.
