I am an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the George Washington University, which I joined in 2010. I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Princeton University in 2010, M.S. from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto in 2005, and B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Tsinghua University in 2003.

My reseach interests include cloud computing, cyber security, fairness theory, and wireless communications. The overall research goal is to enable networked users with services that are secure, simple, fair, and sustainable.

Awards and Honors: IEEE INFOCOM 2012 Best Paper Award. IEEE GLOBECOM 2009 Best Paper Award. IEEE Signal Processing Society 2008 Best Paper Award. 2010 Wu Prizes for Excellence from Princeton University.
