THE MID-SEMESTER CONFERENCE

The class will have a mid-semester conference on March 16th to 
help you get going with your assignments early.

Students will be split into four groups, based on which professor
is the supervising faculty for their project. You will give
short (10-minute) presentations (using slides) based on the following:
  * Background reading you have done for your project.
  * What ideas you have for your project and/or what work you have 
    started doing towards your project.
  * What issues seem interesting to look at in your project.

The mid-semester conference will take place at Hampton University.
