It can often be confusing to figure out who is responsible for a given service, and who to ask for help. In such a large organization as GWU, different groups provide help for different services. SEAS Computing Facility try to function as a central point of focus for SEAS students looking for technical help; we are happy to take questions and point people in the right direction. Please don't be disappointed if we cannot resolve your technical issues ourselves.
