Joint Project on design and Implementation of Surface Acoustic Wave Devices, Joint between Professor Zaghloul, Korman, and Ahmadi. There are 4 Doctor Students working on the project which is funded by NSF.
Joint Project between Professor M.E.Zaghloul, and Professor D.Nagel, the project is on design of a microchannel device that has applications in biomedical engineering. Mr. Chia-Pin Chen is D.Sc. Student working on this project. Currently Professor Nagel and Professor Zaghloul are preparing Joint proposal to be submitted to NSF.
Joint Project between Professor Jones of MAE, Professor Nagel, and Professor Zaghloul in developing Gas Sensors for detecting Explosive. The work was supported by TSA through NRL grant to Professor Zaghloul, and Nagel. Ioana Voiculescu finished her D.Sc. degree,December 2004. The work resulted in Three Journal papers and several conference papers.
Joint Project on Bio- MEMS devices between Professor Zaghloul and Professor Jason Zara, for detecting Cancers cells, joint proposal is being prepared.
