EE 65 Electronics Laboratory
Goal: Testing and measurement of the characteristics of solid-state devices. Characteristics of diodes, BJTs, and FETs. Design and testing of transistor amplifiers and power supplies.
Prerequisite: EE63, Concurrent Registration: EE12, EE20

Experiments 20%
-Preliminary work including Spice simulation.
-Data collection/sheets/tables.
-Conclusions.
-Due at the end of the lab session.
Midterm Project* 20%
-5% for report and 15% for circuit demonstration.
-NO points if the design specifications are not met.
Final Project* 40%
-10% for report and 30% for circuit demonstration.
-builds on top of the midterm project.
-NO points if the design specifications are not met.
Final Exam 20%
Total: 100%
