Research
My research interests are data-intensive computing, operating systems, computer architecture, high-performance computing, and Grid/Cloud computing. Current projects include:  
  • Balanced Scalable Architectures for Data-Intensive Supercomputing (in collaboration with Alex Szalay at JHU)
  • High-Performance Power-Aware Systems
My research is supported by grants from the National Science Foundation and IBM.
