The
Emergency Lifeline was founded in 1985 by Kathy Gannon
Rainey with the purpose of helping businesses, schools, families and
individuals prepare for 72-hour self-sufficiency. The
Emergency Lifeline now works with
organizations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and overseas. The company also publishes the annual,
internationally distributed DISASTER RESOURCE GUIDE.
The publication is a resource for organizations
and government agencies desiring to prepare for emergencies, and
contains
articles and information from internationally recognized experts. Company Ownership: The Emergency
Lifeline is a woman-owned California Corporation. (Kathy
G. Rainey) Current Product Line: The
Emergency Lifeline has been in the business of providing disaster
preparedness
products for over fifteen years. In
addition, the product line has been expanded to include products for
industrial
safety, OSHA and ADA compliance, and disaster relief. The Emergency Lifeline
Customers: Since
1985, The Emergency Lifeline
has serviced thousands of corporations, government agencies, schools,
families,
and individuals in California, the New Madrid earthquake zone, the
Pacific
Northwest, and elsewhere in the U.S. and overseas. Professional

Emergency

Emergency Lifeline is committed to providing jobs along with training
and
development for community youth. Since
1987, over 100 high school and college students have participated. The Emergency Lifeline has served as a job
site for the Santa Ana Unified School District's ROP (Regional
Occupational
Program), and has participated in federal Welfare-To-Work programs. The Weekly Continuity
