Professor Mona Zaghloul Wins Best IEEE Journal Paper Award 2007
Professor Mona Zaghloul, of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and former doctoral student Ioana Voiculescu won the Best IEEE Journal Paper Award 2007 for their paper entitled "Electrostatically Actuated Resonant Mocrocantilever Neam in CMOS Technology for Detection of Chemical Weapons." The paper was authored by Ioana Voiculescu, Mona E. Zaghloul, Andrew R. McGill, Eric J. Houser, and Gary K. Fedder. The award was presented at the IEEE Sensors 2007 Conference, held in Atlanta, Georgia from October 28-31, 2007.
