Mauro Petriccione is the director general for climate action, in charge of overseeing the European Green Deal. He is the highest-ranking European civil servant dealing with climate, and he has 33 years of experience at the European Commission, where he has held various positions covering trade and commerce. Ambassador Andras Simonyi will discuss with Mr. Petriccione the European Green Deal and related climate issues.
