Introduction:

I have enjoyed support for several projects from a variety of sponsors with varying responsibilities. Prior to 1999, I have served on these projects as a research scientist. Post 1999, I have served either as Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) or Principal Investigator (PI). The links on the left list only the Post 1999 projects. Their sponsors include BP, The National Science Foundation (NSF) (2002-2004);The San Francisco Bay Water Transit Authority (2002);The PWS Regional Citizen Advisory Council (2002); FEMA (2000-2002) and The Washington State Department of Transportation (1998-1999).
