1963
Lorain Products Corporation, Lorain, Ohio, USA, working on Electronics and Communication equipment design (summer job).
1966
Ford Motor Co., Dearborn, Michigan, USA, working on Computerized Modeling of the front suspension system of cars (summer honors job).
1967
Panavision Corp., LA, Calif., USA, working on Remote Control Servomechanisms.
1967-68
Applications Research Corp., LA, Calif., USA, working on Computer Applications.
1969-71
Clasco, LA, Calif., USA, working as an Instructor of Computer Science and Programming.
1971-72
Ultrasystems Inc., Newport Beach, Calif., USA. For a year and a half worked as a Ph.D. member of the technical staff on military defense contracts in the area of designing advanced fault-tolerant aircraft computers (in close cooperation with the UCLA fault-tolerant team). I was permanent resident of the U.S. and had received the appropriate level of clearance to work on such contracts.
1972-74
National Statistical Service of Greece, Athens, Greece, working as a member of the technical staff in setting up, reorganizing and improving the operation of the EDP Computer Center.
1975-81
Naval Research Center, Hellenic Navy, Athens, Greece. Worked as a consultant and group leader on advanced Naval applications of digital systems, communications, computers, and command and control systems.
